Program Overview

The Master's Program at Diamond Peak Ski Team offers an advanced training platform for independent skiers looking to enhance their skills and excel in skiing and ski racing. Designed for advanced individuals eager to learn and improve, our program does not require prior race experience but welcomes it. Our athletes foster camaraderie, enjoying on-the-hill training, freeskiing, and optional participation in races like Far West Masters, Sierra League, Singles League, and Airline corporate races.

This program focuses on skill enhancement, camaraderie, and creating a supportive environment for adult skiers. The initial training weeks emphasize fundamental skill development through free skiing, concentrating on body position, balance, and edge control. The season progresses with slalom drills, gate training, and specialized exercises. Additionally, athletes utilize the DPST Ski Simulator for comprehensive skill development. Join us to improve skiing abilities while experiencing a nurturing and enjoyable skiing environment.

All Masters athletes must obtain U.S. Ski and Snowboard SafeSport certification before commencing training.

Program Schedule

The Master's program offers two distinct registration choices: a Weekday Program running on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and a Full-Time Program available five days a week, from Wednesday through Sunday. Both options provide comprehensive training and skill development for participants.

For detailed information regarding dates and pricing, please refer to the registration page.

Required Equipment

Athletes must provide their own equipment for the program, including skis, boots, poles, and proper winter clothing, and wear a helmet during training.

The Diamond Peak Ski Team offers team jackets available through a seasonal lease or purchase program, if interested.
