Jason Grove, a dedicated member of the board of directors for Diamond Peak Ski Education Foundation since 2022, brings a profound commitment to community and a passion for skiing to his role. Introduced to the Diamond Peak Ski Team in 2017 when his eldest child, Sophia, joined the mighty mites, Jason's involvement deepened as his family grew to include three children on DPST.

Inspired by shared family ski adventures with his wife Sara and children Sophia, Taylor, and Colin, Jason's decision to join the DPSEF board was catalyzed by Colin's remarkable journey. Despite Cerebral Palsy, Colin defied expectations, progressing from tentative runs on Lodgepole to confidently conquering black diamond slopes at Diamond Peak.

Driven by the transformative impact and therapeutic benefits witnessed within his own family, Jason is committed to extending this experience to others, irrespective of ability. Through his role on the board, Jason aims to elevate DPST's visibility, fostering inclusivity and inviting more families to join the DPST community.

Beyond skiing, Jason finds joy in activities such as surfing with family and friends, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, hiking, shooting, camping, and cooking. Professionally, Jason leverages his expertise in the commercial insurance industry, collaborating with Fortune 1000 companies to develop effective risk management solutions.
